PHASE 7

ASSESS THE STRATEGY AND PERFORMANCE

The last phase is about looking backwards by drawing the Value Curve and completing the High-Performance Assessment for the business, but also about looking forward by thinking ahead and identifying additional strategic differentiators along the value chain.
